The BEST desk reference for LMT's

I had the opportunity to preview this book before printing. Every massage therapist will want this on their desk. When a client comes in with a disease or disorder, the therapist can look it up and know immediately from the ingenius use of a little traffic light icon whether or not it is safe to work on them. Scabies for example, would have a red light - totally contraindicated due to its contagious nature. Athletes foot would have a yellow light - caution - read more to find specifics - avoid infected area, massage ok for other areas of the body. Vitiligo would have a green light - signaling that massage is ok for this pigmentation disorder. Chocked full of pictures (most of them color) this book has far more pathologies than other books on the market including Werner (which is what I've used till now) - Another plus is that the photos are next to the pathology, so you don't waste time flipping pages trying to get a visual to match the text. This book is a must for every established therapist and every student entering massage school. A great timesaver for the practitioner. Also has lots of website addresses for further references, up to date cancer informations, and other useful facts.
