Most Wantedby Mark Mchugh
Written in the style of the great
It's one of the greatest mysteries of our time. Where is he? Where did he go after Afghanistan? How did the world's most wanted man vanish without a trace? Despite the reward of twenty-five million dollars and an exhaustive global manhunt, he has remained in hiding ever since the terrifying events of 9/11 ... at least until now.
Written in the style of the great Cold War spy novels, the adventure starts with a tip-off by a Yemeni government official. Two MI6 agents embark on a dramatic chase across the Arabian Peninsula. Hot on the heels of their high profile target, they quickly discover that nothing is what it seems. The CIA, the Yemenis, the Cubans, the Israelis and Iranian intelligence all pursue competing interests.
The suspense is heightened, as treacherous alliances lead to innocent lives being threatened. The hunters become the hunted. The plot follows their escapes through the deserts of Arabia, the warm waters of the Caribbean and the steamy Amazon jungle.
This fast-paced, entertaining read is full of spectacular settings, an assortment of carefully crafted characters and many unexpected twists and turns. It will keep you on the edge of your seat until the last word.

Let's cut to the chase. Did they get `em? That's the question a potential reader of Mark McHugh's book "Most Wanted" would want to know. And if McHugh offered up a simple answer, the reader would be disappointed. He doesn't and you can bet you will get your money's worth. Like the book describes "It's one of the greatest mysteries of our time. Where is Osama bin Laden? Where did he go after Afghanistan? How did the world's most wanted man vanish without a trace?" McHugh's book tackles that mystery in a very interesting and thrilling way. So do they get bin Laden? With an ordinary story, you'd expect that book to end with bin Laden being killed or captured - dead or alive - and the world is saved from a monster. Just like those two hour TV movies that end with bad guy getting his dues. Well, not in McHugh's book. Like life, things are a lot more complicated. Were the CIA, the Yemenis, the Cubans, the Israelis and Iranian intelligence out to get bin Laden - or something else? The snatch and grab plan leads to a more nefarious plan hatched by the US, discovered by Iran and used to blackmail the US President. I'm not going to spoil the ending for you but it's enough to say that McHugh did a nice job of adding an ingenious and riveting solution to the bin Laden mystery.
