This story is full of SUSPENSE!! EXCELLENT Wolfe Mystery!!

This is one of the best Nero Wolfe novels that Rex Stout wrote. The story begins with a socalite by the name of Lucy Valdon who comes to Nero Wolfe and tells him that she received a phone call and the voice told her to come to the door. There Mrs. Valdon finds a baby with a note attached to a pin. Well Lucy Valdon wants to know who the mother of this baby is and who placed the baby in the vestibule. Well the case goes down to a whole lotta suspects and the mystery is fun and it's fun to here Wolfe & Archie Goodwin converse with each other. The writing is top-notch and the style is very different. Questions: Who is the mother of this baby and who is the killer who murdered two people? Read it; you will love it.
