Meet the Author

Marcia McAllister was born in Greely, Colorado, and was raised in rural Iowa. She graduated from Rhema Bible training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in 1985. She works as an independent beauty consultant and has traveled to various places on missions such as Guatemala, and Russia. Currently she has had several poems published: Surrender to the Moon, published by by the International Library of Poetry; The Best Poems of 2005, The Best Poems of 1997, and the Ebbing Tide, published by the National Library of Poetry.

Karen Falk is an American author and illustrator from the U.S. and has published a YA novel in 2006, "Tacianna and the Endless Ball of String," which is now going for its second reprint; soon to be published picture story book, "Someone Loves Me!" completed in fall 2012; "In the Forest of Gir," a story poem published by Covenant Messenger Ministries; "The Blood Covenant," tract illustrations, written by Richard Booker and published by Covenant Messenger Ministries; along with various other custom illustrations. She graduated with her degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 2012. She loves living in the Midwest with her family and has a striped calico cat named Rosie and a Husky dog named Tia.
