Love this series.......Baby Bomb (Cindy) is feisty and know what she wants...Pax!! She will turn his world upside down and he won't know what hits him! Not everything is as it seems and loyalties are put to the test. More secrets, more clues and lots of chemistry! I love all the characters in the Mr series and so excited to see what happens next! Don't miss out of Pax and Cindy's adventure and the twists and turns this story takes!!

Starting this series even though each book can be read as a standalone, every time I think this book is my favorite because….. Then the next book comes out and my favorite has changed again. Well Mr. Mysterious wins the My Favorite Award now and I don’t think it will change even when I get to know Mr. Match a little more. This book won my heart in many ways. With the completely crazy stalkerish starting love story. To reuniting with the children to some of JA Huss most amazing characters that first made me fall in love her writing several years ago. Seeing the kids and how much they have grown up and how much they are like there parents, can’t help but leave you with a smile and wanting MORE. Cinderella’s as beautiful as her mother the bombshell but she’s far from living any fairy tale life. She’s working hard to get the man that she’s been curious about/stalking since she was a child and he just happens to be one of the Mister’s caught up in that rape charge 10 years ago like her brother. Paxton is Mr. Mysterious the fixer of the mister group. He has his own secrets that he doesn’t want to get out. He may have to change his ways after meeting the princess. Mr. Mysterious is full of the usual twists you can’t help but love. You will be sitting on the edge of your seat this entire read just waiting for the next shoe to fall, to see what questions you will finally have answered, and what new piece of the puzzle will be shown. Happy Reading

I've loved all of the Mister books so far but I do believe this one is my favorite!! I loved how quirky Cindy was and she was a take charge kind of gal. She had her mind set on something and she was going to get what she wanted. End of story. She might be a little crazy, she may be a little bit out there, but there was something about her that I just loved! With Mr Mysterious the story of the Misters is definitely starting to come together but with that more questions are appearing instead of answers!! My head was life spinning in the best way possible and I CANNOT wait until the last book comes out!! This was a huge 5 star read for me! Even thought this is part of series, you can read it as a standalone. Cindy aka Cinderella Shrike has had her eyes set on Paxton Vance ever since she could remember. She never met her brother's best friend but she knows enough about him that she decided they would have their happily ever after. Her name was Cinderella so it fits, right??!! He was going to be her prince charming, he just doesn't know it yet. Paxton Vance is the fixer. You need a problem to go away he's your guy. He runs his own private investigating firm and is very successful at it. When a Cindy comes barreling into his life stating he needed to hire her as an assistant he thought it was a joke. But the more she kept turning up at places he was at and the more he saw her the more he was intrigued by her. He takes a chance and decides to hire her. But little does he know she has more plans for him that just a job. Like I said, I love how she was just demand things. She was girl that wasn't taking no for an answer! It looks like they will have sexy hot relationship when things start to get comfortable is when you know all hell is going to break loose! The twist and turns kept coming and I'm left thinking how can this possibly end!!! So cannot wait for Mr Match too see how the main story line ends!! The beauty of this series that you can pick up each book and read as a standalone, but why would you!! The intertwining story is so genius and well written. I hope you pick this one up! Mr Mysterious is one not to miss!! A little side note... I started Reading JA Huss in her Social Series and now I this one makes me go back and read her other series!!! Several series are branching out and now I want to know more about their back stories!!!

Finally, the story of the Mister that has intrigued me the most from the start of the series, Mr. Mysterious! Paxton is all that- and then some. Getting the bits and pieces about him throughout the first books, him being such a tough nut to crack, made me so curious as to the woman who was going to tame him. Cindy did NOT disappoint one bit! The two are so perfect for each other, their story is epic!! There's a little bit more information on the background storyline, spanning the series, and per usual, Ms. Huss takes you for a wild ride

That explosion you've been waiting for- Baby Bomb and Mysterious *Breathes out breath she didn't know she was holding* Dear god, JA Huss did it again. I hit the end of the epilogue and breath out a sigh of "Did that all really just happen... wow , she is good." I would have never guessed where Huss was taking this series when it all started with Mr. Perfect. It was like a puzzle; with every book came more and more pieces, but they just didn't quite fit together. Mr Mysterious place pieces together and held even larger gaps that I know only Mr. Match can put together for a complete puzzle. Mr. Mysterious was great. Pax is so mysterious but we got to learn his romantic, heartfelt, loving side in this book. and CINDY- what a B@D@$$. She is by far one of my favorite female leads so far. BUT, I loved that this book was not only Mr. Mysterious and Baby Bomb- Julie Huss allowed us small snippets of characters I've longed for since finishing her Rook/Ronin&spin-off series. It was perfect and I can't wait to finish it off with Oliver Shrike. December is WAY TO FAR.

NO body does chaos quite like J. A. Huss! I have loved all the books written by J. A. Huss that I've read and I have loved the Mister series. But I have to be honest Mysterious is my least favorite of the series. For me the beginning just seemed all over the place and left me reeling. Something felt like it was missing which I'm not used to from Julie. The ending was when it started to pick up and left me on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what was going on and trying to figure things out. People were mentioned and things happen that you will not expect and leave you wondering what the hell. I don't want to give anything away so I'm not going to say anymore. I can't wait for Match to see how this all unfolds. Julie has a way with holding everything back until the very end. She's probably laughing at all of us with our crazy ideas on what is happening. This can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend you read all the Misters to follow what is happening as they all tie together.

I've figured out something about JA Huss. She is a freaking evil genius... with a very dirty mind. No wonder I love her books so much! Mr. Mysterious blew me away! So many answers, yet still so many more questions. At the end of every Mr. book, I feel like I've run a marathon... in circles. I'm exhilarated, happily exhausted, and confused as hell, yet I can't wait to do it again. The wait for Mr. Match will be excruciating! I have to say that I absolutely loved this book from start to finish! Pax may very well be my favorite Mr. so far. And as for Cindy, well, she is a Shrike after all. Nuff said. They really are quite a lovely couple... once you get past all the lies and deceit, but then, every couple has their issues, right? Another highlight of this book for me was Five. I've had a soft spot in my heart for him ever since HEA so it was really nice to catch up with him a bit. I've wondered where life took him, and although we don't really find that out in this book, it was still nice to at least get a little glimpse into his character. Fu*king Five! He's just one of the elements that makes this book so phenomenal. It's romantic and intriguing and provocative and compelling and enigmatic and absolutely riveting. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a mysteriously sexy read. * I was given an ARC of this book by the author and voluntarily chose to review. All opinions are my own.

I’m completely hooked on J.A. Huss’ Mister Series, and with a moniker like Mr. Mysterious, I couldn’t help but be curious about this particular Mister. In book four of the Mister Series of standalone novels, readers get Paxton Vance’s story in addition to advancement in the overall series story arc. While students at Brown University, the now infamous Misters were falsely accused of rape. The charges were dropped when the accuser was found dead; of course, that situation only made the general public question their involvement more! Their fixer had them keep quiet and scatter. These five former classmates have loosely remained friends over the past ten years, and now they need each other more than ever. Three of the five have found their “Mrs.” while in the process of thwarting a new attempt to bring them down. The mystery continues as Mr. Mysterious’ past comes back to haunt him. At the end of book three, Mr. Corporate, Ms. Huss throws out a very subtle hint at the holder of Mr. Mysterious’ affections. It is none other than Cinderella Shrike. Cindy has been obsessed with the Misters, especially Mysterious, since her brother Oliver (AKA Mr. Match) came home to break the news of the rape accusation to their parents. Cindy is smart as a whip, wicked with a weapon, and pin-up-girl sexy (just like her mom, Veronica “Bombshell” Vaughn Shrike). She is also creatively determined to worm her way into Paxton Vance’s life. “He saw beyond this filly’s pretty looks and found her potential.” “…you’re one tough b@#ch, Cinderella.” Paxton Vance, AKA Mr. Mysterious, is every bit as unpredictable and dangerous as you imagine. He is also just as vulnerable and insecure as every other Mister readers have met so far. The ten year old scandal will not die, and they continue to live under a shadow of doubt. “Such a contradiction between the man on the outside I’ve come to know and the one I stalked all these years.” In this book, I especially enjoyed the story structure. The story starts with an inebriated Paxton explaining himself, but during that explanation of the past, the story is told not solely from Paxton’s POV. It is told in dual POV by both Cindy and Paxton; I loved the insight into both characters. The dual POV narration continues when the story moves to the present. I love J.A. Huss’ writing. The red herrings. The big twists and reveals. Most of all, I appreciate the convoluted, complex plots that she dreams up and weaves together like it is a simple “knit one, purl one” pattern. When an author makes writing a complicated story look like child’s play, you know she is a prima ballerina of authors. J. A. Huss is a dancer who leaves you with the impression that her work of art was effortless. “Look out for the people who look out for you. Because in the end, they’re the only ones who matter.” Whether you’re in it for the Misters or their “Mrs.”, you’ll love the romance, loyalty and intrigue layered into each book of this series.

These books are published too far apart to remember all the previous character's stories. I never like a book where the heroine does all the pursuing. She was a stalker and not very likable. There is one really, really sickening, stomach turning part to this book. The " squirt ". Yuck!!!
