    Pie-ly Recommended

Easy as pie making instructions. Beth shares all her pie expertise, along with stories behind the recipes, in a well thought out design. Beautiful pictures of each pie along side each recipe. No special kitchen appliances needed, just the tools our grandmothers used. You will no longer be fearfull of pie making again. Our new family favorite is strawberry crumble!

I have read Beth's first book (Making Piece) and loved it. This new book has great pie recipes and a very simple and easy to understand approach to making pie crust. I have never baked a pie in my life but with Beth's encouragement and knowledge, I know that I can now do it with confidence. You will really enjoy this book.
