    I Also Recommend:

    Pass on this one.

True to its title it is a very basic Muay Thai technique and over view book. If you have no knowledge of the sports basic aspects it would be useful as an introductory text. The pictures and text are not descriptive enough to learn how to execute the techniques with out some other instruction source. Unlike some of the other offerings on the subject this book does not go in depth in any area and skips many of the drills and exercises with their structured workout and ring theory plans that other books offer. If you are looking for the rules and some background on Muay Thai this book may be for you. If you are looking for a reference for your studies or a how to manual to broaden your martial arts arsenal then look elsewhere.
