About the Author

Kamal Dean Parhizgar received his Ph.D. in Management of Higher Education Institutions from Northwestern University. Currently, he is Professor of Management at Texas A&M International University. In addition to this book, he is the author of nine other books and numerous scholarly journal articles. Robert R. Parhizgar is a medical student at Texas Tech University. He received his Master's in Health Services Research and Management from Texas Tech University.
