I bought this book for my brother-in-law who was diagnosed within the last year with MS. It provides lots of information, recipes, and an understanding of how this low fat diet can help those suffering with MS. I highly recommend for any family member or friend with MS. My brother-in-law has read this cover to cover.

This book is very informative. I have had MS for 25 years and am always searching for anything that might help my condition. There are many good recipes to try. I have found over the years that the proper diet is very important. I was excited to find so many recipes that I haven't tried before. I would recommend this to anyone that has been recently diagnosed or whose has had it for years. It has been very helpful to me.

This book is so very valuable for any one with MS who is determined to overcome their illness. It is written in an easy to understand and more importantly, an easy to follow, organized format. Sawyer provides you with the why and how of this diet in a comprehensive, straight forward manner. There are useful recipes provided to get you started, as well as to build upon. This book will leave you feeling extremely optimist about your own ability to take back control of your life. Best of all the recovery diet sure seems to work!
