Meet the Author

Torquil MacLeod was born in Edinburgh and brought up in the north east of England. After brief spells as a teacher and a failed life insurance salesman, he worked as a copywriter at advertising agencies in Birmingham, Glasgow and Newcastle. Since 2000 he has been a freelancer and now lives in Cumbria with his wife Susan. The Malmö mysteries have been inspired by his frequent visits to the city, where his eldest son lives.

    Excellent series

    Second book is just as satisfying as the first. Can't wait to read # 3 and hope there are more on the horizon.
