I found the book highly entertaining & the characters who are well developed & plot make you feel right at home. I was instantly transported to Provence & felt like I was working right alongside Maggie. I found this book to be very addictive & now all I can think about is when I can get my hands on the other books in this series. I'm desperate for a Maggie fix! You won't be able to put this book down until you finish it! It kept me guessing whodunit all the way to the very ending.

This is one of the best cozy mysteries I have read in a while. It has suspense and I did not have a clue who was the murderer until the author revealed it. This plot is full of twists and keeps you guessing until the end. I loved Maggie and feel I know her and the descriptions of France makes you feel you are there and it is as if I can smell the lavender, the foods and it feels as if you are in the middle of a great story unfolding. I highly recommend this book and any book by this author

Wow, what an intense ending,I couldn't put the book down.I found myself hoping for a good resolution to Maggie and Laurent's marriage, just the right amount of intrigue with the detective and enough suspects just enough suspects so it wasn't an easy mystery. I definitely have to read the first 2 Maggie novels as the hints of what happened previously left me wanting to know.

It is a nice cozy mystery. A good beach read. it had lots of twists and turns and I didn't know who the murderer was until the end of the book. I usually know before that. Maggie is trying to write a french cookbook but knows nothing about cooking and is hoping her chef husband Laurent will help her. Maggie decides to help solve a murder with her best friend Grace. A very interesting read.
