As the police’s top suspect, Emma is going to need more than fishnets to snare the real killer. And when she and Arabella refuse to let death threats wrapped in knifed nighties stall Sweet Nothings’ vintage lingerie fashion show, it becomes increasingly clear that any garter may hide a gun and that bullet bras might have to live up to their name…

I just finished reading MURDER UNMENTIONABLE (A Sweet Nothings L

I just finished reading MURDER UNMENTIONABLE (A Sweet Nothings Lingerie Mystery) by Meg London. This first book in the series was a delight! One of the best cozies I have read. A fast paced read that I enjoyed from the first page til the last. I fell in love with Emma, Aunt Arabella and the other fun characters of Paris, Tennessee. I found myself wanting to visit Sweet Nothings and get lost in all of the vintage lingerie and chat with the ladies. I can't wait for July for the second book in this series, LACED WITH POISON. If you're looking for a great cozy, you'll be thrilled with this one. Just remember to pour yourself a big cold glass of sweet tea to enjoy with it!

The 2 star review below (OBS) has nothing to do with Murder Unme

The 2 star review below (OBS) has nothing to do with Murder Unmentionable. It is not the storyline or characters in said book. They reviewed an entirely different book.

I love cozies, and while the characters and setting are wonderfu

I love cozies, and while the characters and setting are wonderful in this one, the killer was eye-poppingly obvious from the moment he/she was introduced! It's always fun to guess whodunit, and it's gratifying to be right. But when it's this obvious, it's maddening--not fun. Ugh. I really want to like this series, so I hope this was an anomaly for the author. The two stars are in recognition of everything except the main mystery, but I can't recommend this to other lovers of the cozy genre.
