Murphy Bear: A forehand smash for kids.

Murphy Bear's Tennis Lesson is a well written and illustrated book for children. It will hold their interest and give them a stimulating introduction into the sport of tennis. As a grandfather who has played tennis for many years, I believe this book will be a great gift for all the grandchildren.

    Highly Recommended

When I read Murphy Bear's Tennis Lesson at Storytimes,in schools, libraries and at the US Open Kids Day....the interest and enjoyment was seen in the children's eyes. They were learning tennis with a humorous storyline. The illustrations are dynamic with vibrant colors. And when I read aloud to a room full of librarians....I got a huge applause.

A perfect gift to encourage any age child to take their first tennis lesson

The first part of the short story is charming, using animals to characterize the children and the instructor. The last part is a wonderful reference tool to review the basic strokes after the child has taken his or her first few lessons. Maybe the tennis pro could give a copy to each of their young pupils! At this price it is worth the encouragement it would promote.

Murphy Bear's Tennis Lesson is Great!!

This is a wondefully charming booklet about the game of tennis with beautifully illustrated animated characters. It is a must have for the young athelete who is interested in the game of tennis. Its instructional nature makes it easy for the beginning child to understand the basics of tennis. I would highly recommend this book for any child interested in the game of tennis.
