Way to many ads for diet and weight loss supplements.

This is the worst fitness magazine I've ever seen. More diet adds than anything. My husband loved it for all the gorgeous half naked women models. Didn't do much for my workout

It felt like it was mostly ads in my free trial, and nothing seemed to pop out that made me say, that's really cool.

I never saw so many diet inhancements as I did in this magazine. You really do meed to be a fitness guru to truely appreciate.

I agree there are too many ads for supplements. I also don't care about the "meet the pro" section. I am not a body builder and am not interested in that feature. I do however like the little things I can take from the workouts that are featured each month. I work out regularly and was looking for tips specific to women when it comes to lifting and building muscle. I have incorporated many things into my routine and diet. It keeps my workouts interesting to change things up. The mag is a quick read since so many pages are dedicated to ads so I probably won't subscribe longer than a year, but I'm happy with it for now.

The workouts in this magazine are great and I find that this magazine has a lot fewer fluff articles than many of the other publications in this same genre. If you are looking to change up your workout, this magazine is a great resource. You don't need to be a bodybuilder to appreciate it.

Some good workouts in this

Although I found the workout routines to be good, there are WAY too many ads for various supplements in this magazine. I was disappointed because of the high number of ads, and will not continue a subscription.

More ads for supplements than a GNC store (and anything else in the mag for that matter), only pitches one body type-at least the trial mag I got and it looks like this current month's cover has same body type again. Seems more like a mag for guys who like this type of female body to gawk at vs. something FOR women. Liked the old MUSCLE AND FITNESS better that included both sexes and all ethnicitys, this is 'okay', but very "Here lil girls, lookit this and get out of our world, you're excluded from our club now," IMHO.

I took a free subscription of this mag for ideas on working out, nothing special, just trying to learn some new moves. The first 20+ pages is ads for protein powders and how to blow up. The magazine does have exercises, but it's more of a picture magazine for body builders and gawkers who want to look at the ripped and cut. Not my style.

I love this magazine so much, I have to get the hard copy. Absolutely the most useful info of any health/fitness mag out there. Thank you for my new body M&F Hers!

It's everything my Personal Trainer has me do and tells me to do. It works! Less than 6 months and I am down 30 lbs, 18 inches, and 6% body fat!

I agree there are a lo of ads in this publication, but the workouts and meal plans are smart, do-able, and informative. Seeing the pros and trainers in the magazine, although it is not what I am going for, is very inspiring and motivating.
