I don't agree that Legendary Child is the best song on the album. In fact, it sounds a little derivative and is actually one of my least favorite songs on this album. However, there are plenty of songs I loved, including, unfortunately, one which is only on the deluxe version. I even liked the song with Carrie Underwood on it, something I never imagined I'd ever say. But it's a great song, simple as that, and one doesn't have to like country to like it.. My only major criticism is I do wish Tom Hamilton's bass has been mixed so that it would have been louder. I mean it almost was loud enough, but not quite.. Just a bit louder bass, please, Tom Hamilton is one of the most underrated bassists in rock. .

That is where this should have stayed. I am a die hard fan...love these guys...but it is Joe Perry playing way too loudly with Steven Tyler trying to sing to unorganized, messy lyrics. Sorry...Only one song...Legendary Child, is decent. I am so dissapointed.

The aging yet seemingly indefatigable rockers return with this, their fifteenth studio album and first for eight years. The Aerosmith sound ain't broke and they don't try to fix it, turning in another timeless set of lascivious, melodic, crunchy, bluesy hard rock which features a guest appearance from Oklahoman country-pop megastar Carrie Underwood on the track "Beautiful." It includes the single Legendary Child from the movie G.I. Joe: Retaliation, as well as a new song ("We All Fall Down") written by Diane Warren, who wrote their 1998 mega-smash I Don't Want To Miss a Thing from the film Armageddon.,
