This two-disc set, clocking in at nearly two hours in length, features 41 previously unreleased Thesaurus transcriptions made between 1949-52. The title is apt; Beneke, a former vocalist and tenor saxophonist for Glenn Miller, carried on the tradition of his former boss and, while not exactly replicating Miller's sound, came close enough that casual listeners would be hard pressed to discern between the two.
