Wonderful story, well written and easily holds ones attention to the end! I read this as the 2nd in the series, but it would be just as enjoyable and spellbinding even if I had read it out of sequence. Love all the books I've read by Ms Sinclair... She pulled me into their world. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

Enjoyed book very much. Since my family was from Scotland - the MacKay clan, I found it very interesting. Even the tartan shown on the cover is the plaid I have always associated with my ancestors. Made the book very personal for me but anyone would find it an exciting read. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

I just finished reading "My Brave Highlander" written by Vonda Sinclair!
Wow, I loved her first 2 books and I devoured this hot and sizzling Scottish romance!
It's her third book in her "Highland Adventure" series. It's intriguing! It's the story
of Dirk and Isobel, two incredible and charming characters! I am addicted to Highland
romances and cannot wait to start reading her fourth book "My Daring Highlander"
which is the story of Torrin and Jessie. Ms. Sinclair is truly a great writer of Scottish
adventure, it's fast paced, breathless, hot and sexy! If you love to read an amazing
Scottish historical romance, then this book is for you! Sexual intensity that keeps
you reading! When you start this novel, you won't be able to stop.
I highly recommend this book. You won't be disappointed.

This is te third book of Vonda Sinclair's. The first two books are My Fierce Highlander and My Wild Highlander. You should read all three. In My Brave Highlander, Dirk MacLerie gets a message that his father is dying. He has to admit to his friends that he is really Dirk McKay and that he ran away when he was 15 because his stepmother tried to kill him. He knows that he will be in danger when he gets home but hopes he gets to see his father before he dies. Along the way he finds Isobel MacKenzie who is running away from her betroth's brother who tried to rape her. Dirk claims his right to be Laird and refuses to let Isobel go. A very good story and great trilogy. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

My Brave Highlander is solid gold. Dirk & Isobel are perfect for each other. I hope to hear more of them as other stories unfold - I especially love reunions where you find out how other characters are doing.
Keep the stories coming and I'll keep reading them. Cheers!
