About the Author

Beverly comes from a long line of family hunters. Hunting was a way of providing food for the table while growing up in Colorado and Washington state. Beverly's family raised their meat, grew a big healthy garden, and was taught how to preserve their fruits and vegetables to have a good supply of home-grown food all year round
