This was a very well-written and executed romance. I'm always searching for great authors and believe that Jo Beverly and her Malloren Series books are wonderful. This story is one of the funniest and compelling in the series. Read it for the adventure, intrigue, charm, sex, or drama. IF you are looking for a great book, pick this one up.

It was sooo romantic and it had humor in it. Cyn, the minute he's kidnapped know there was something odd about the young 'man', he soon realizes that he is actually a she! He is determined to save his damsel in distress from everyone and hopes to win her honor and love.!!!

Jo Beverly weaves an intricate tale of love in disguise as Cyn, our novel's hero's carriage is hijacked. Not too soon after he realizes that his kidnapper is really a she, and is instantly drawn to this woman who plays on the edge of propriety. It is a genuine classic and i would definitely recommend it to anyone, whether it is your first or hundredth romance novel. it is truly unmatched.
