Great Book for Runners of All Levels

I bought this book to read while on vacation in Spain. I needed something to keep me motivated and excited about running while on vacation. This book did the trick. I loved reading about all of Bart's adventures around the world. It makes you remember that there is a whole community of runners beyond the US.

Highly recommended, regardless of your running history

Great book, great story for the new runner or one with a long history. Honest history of ups and downs and passion for the sport. Great info at the back for ramping up your game. Heard him in person and the book and his presentation were most honest.
