Shirley MacLaine's seven bestselling books have all touched on the film business, but she has never dealt with it head-on--until now. In My Lucky Stars, this phenomenally successful author, a movie star for a remarkable 40 years, shares her favorite memories and shrewd observations of the Hollywood she knows as few others do. 50 photos. Excerpted in Vanity Fair.

Surprise, I enjoyed this book! Maclaine has definitely been around the block of life, and even if you disagree with her thinking, you might agree that she is a pretty nice person that has lived an interesting life. She is very reality based to be so other world based too. Interesting read about her family and friends. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
