Meet the Author

Anita Pouroulis is a South African children's writer now living in Sotogrande, Spain. She has had 4 children's books published so far, all by Digital Leaf. They are: Pancake Pandemonium, Oh, What a Tangle!, My Monster Mayhem and Mum's Cronky Car. Anita was a primary school teacher for many years, including a spell in the UK, where she developed a passion for children's literature. These days much of her work is inspired by her daughter and her incorrigible dogs.

Sholto Walker is an experienced children's illustrator working from his studio in Bath, England. His work ranges from simple, humorous cartoons to more sophisticated ideas but always with his signature, edgy style. His recent work on Louis, the Tiger Who Came From The Sea has been nominated for the Canadian 2013 Chocolate Lily award.
