My Mother was murdered by neglect in 2010. My Father was also abused and stolen from in Texas. Criminals invaded their home and used their trusting and infirmed state against them. My Father was 82 and had Alzheimer's. Because of Texas laws and the false report on their Autopsy, the felon has never been charged in 2017 not has the ones who stole my Father's guns.
One even used stolen money to bond out of two jails in Texas.
Most crimes can be prevented with free health care for addicts.
