Your Knight in Shining Armor Awaits

When a royal princess is rescued by a brave prince, every girl’s heart pitter-patters at the thought. But women of all ages can easily miss the glorious truth that Jesus is the Prince who has already chosen her and is waiting at her door. Such an occasion is motivation for you to be at your best—healthy in every way! Now, as encouraging as it is practical, My Prince Will Come equips every woman to start living today a life of incredible freedom from the past, joy in the present, and hope for the future! Sheri Rose Shepherd’s message has been empowering women to become their best self, while inspiring them to confidently embrace an eternal view of themselves, for more than ten years. This is the third book in the acclaimed His Princess series.

Story Behind the Book

“This inspirational, motivational, instructional guide contains in written form the message that I have been delivering for the past ten years to over 100,000 women. My Prince Will Come is a practical tool for women preparing for Christ’s return to take us home. It reveals how to keep an eternal view in the midst of daily life. I’ve certainly learned that when I am not proactive, Satan will attack me in whatever area of my life that he can. I want to help women not only be on guard against the enemy, but show them how to proactively pursue their relationship with their King.”

Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher
“Sheri Rose Shepherd reminds us that pride, guilt, procrastination, greed, and other sins of the flesh keep us from living out our purpose—but true crowning moments occur when we fix our eyes on eternity. Her message will challenge readers to prepare to meet the Prince of Peace by focusing on the things that matter most.”
--James and Betty Robison, LIFE Outreach International, Fort Worth, Texas

“This a timely, timeless, and empowering word for all princesses in waiting. Jesus is truly coming back for a Bride, and we are admonished to make ourselves ready. My Prince Will Come is just such an adornment for the daughters. It will cover shame with beauty, hopelessness with vision, and restore strength to every weak and broken place. Let the beauty of this book wash over you.”
--Lisa Bevere, Speaker and bestselling author of KISSED THE GIRLS AND MADE THEM CRY

    Interesting

I just finished this book. Although the title might sound like waiting for your "prince charming," this is actually about being God's daughter-- His princess.

I had never read a book like this before, and Sheri did a wonderful job with it! She had many well thought out parts of the book that I benefitted from. There was a bit in the book I did not quite agree with doctrinally...but, it wasn't much, and, overall it was a very well written and interesting book.

If you would like to be able to better understand how God can really be your Father-- and not just a distant, spiritual being, you should read this book! Don't settle for knowing God less than you could know Him.

I received this book from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review.

Ok so when I first saw this book's title it took me back to Walt Disney's Snow White when she is singing Someday My Prince Will Come. I love that that Sheri Rose Shepherd catches your attention with the title! So her book My Prince Will Come is about preparing ourselves for when Jesus comes back to earth, and that we have to be preparing daily for His return! Sheri also brings up that we are princesses to a king. The One True King that is. This book is so inspiring for me. Sheri also brings up the things she has had happened in her life, like her eating disorder, her relationship with her mom. I love that she personalizes it. I would definitely recommend reading this book. It is one my must read again books!

    Delightfully Charming

I love the way the book is formatted. The book was such an inspiration and I enjoyed reading it. It made me feel special, a precious jewel that my Heavenly Father created me to be and design with a divine purpose. It makes any little girl feels like a princess waiting for her prince to come. I especially enjoyed the prayers at the end of each reading; I found it to be helpful and inspiring. The book definitely encourages me and other female too think of themselves as of value. I would recommend this book to every woman’s group and teenagers. I am not obligated to give five stars to this book due to the fact that I received it free. However, I do encourage every young woman and girl to take time to read this book. I highly recommend this book. Thank you for a lovely book, again!

I received this book for free from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review.
