Straight from the heart--Children Pray and Talk with God...Introduced by Big Al and Father Joe Kempf--Book and Audio CD

This is an excellent and captivating book of prayers in rhyme accompanied by a delightfully fun audio CD...written from the perspective of the child as he or she talks with God.
Children pray simply and straight from the heart--about friends, siblings, school, their parents and grandparents, the joy of playing outside, the wonders of snow, and the disappointment of being picked last for a team!
All of the prayers provide you as parent/adult the opportunity to talk with your child and to help them learn to voice their prayers. Father Joe Kempf and his furry friend, Big Al, introduce the prayers-both in print and on the accompanying audio CD (running time 23:56)-where children read the prayers. Say and hear these prayers with your favorite child, and enjoy the whimsical art of illustrator Chris Sharp.
This makes a great gift for any child....and on any occasion. I highly recommend this book and CD!
