    What a tremendous piece of work. Especially considering the effort it took to complete it. Anyone's whose gone through a medical crisis, should run out and get this book. Here is a real, down-to-earth account of the what it's really like to have your life changed because you've had a "Stroke." It makes you laugh, it makes you cry, it makes you pissed at the status quo and the professionals that seem not to hear the patient. It makes you wonder, 'could I go through that?' Mikie shows that , while this is a universal issue, it's also personal and individual journey. It ain't pretty but with God's help, it's doable. Hurray Mikie, thank you for sharing your story. You did it! What courage! Can you imagine the pain, frustration, cussing and crying that it took to finish this piece. All I can say is, "You go Gurl!" Keep on FIGHTING!!!! I'm still you biggest cheerleader. Rudye
