    Money well spent!

This book provides all you need to know about mystery shopping. I have spent more money on mystery shopping books, only to get equal or less information on the busines of mystery shopping. If you are just starting out as a mystery shopper or are currently working as a shopper, I highly recommend that you get this book.

    Rich resource tool

This book is filled with rich resources for the beginner as well as the advanced shopper. It covers more avenues of obtaining different types of shopping and review jobs than any I've ever read. The materials are well organized and the accounting information is a bonus for anyone not already running their own business. Ilisha Newhouse has an organized and personal style of writing that is inimitable. Count on the truth about mystery shopping from this book and buy it for the rich lists she includes from her personal experience and extensive research.

The best book ever published on Mystery Shopping.

There has been lots of books written on the subject of Mystery Shopping. Dr. Ilisha Newhouse's book is the best ever published in that, unlike others that sell for twice as much. Ilisha book covers each and every detail pertinent to mystery shoppers as a whole. Also the valuable links she includes in her book is the most complete and thorough I have ever seen. This book will save the beginning mystery shopper 100's of hours with all the links and expertise of her writings. Last but not least she is also the trainer for the NCPMS and includes the study guide and certification requirements to get certified online for half the cost of the MSPA's certification requirements. So, not only buy the book but keep it as a reference for years to come. Lastly, this book is exactly what it is written - Mystery Shopping Made Simple.
