Something to Flip Through While in the Store

I had really high hopes that this book would be a "how-to" that I could take with me to the nail salon because I am tired of flowers being my only choice for designs, but unfortunately it is more suited as a book to flip through for inspiration. There are some cute design ideas, and I would say that it is worth taking a look while you are in the store, but I am sure there are better books for reference on how to create designs.
