    Soothingly Remarkable Decorating Guide

I found this to be a "soothingly" remarkable decorating guide to creating a "home spa" that holistically reflects an ambience of relaxation from the stressors of our social environment. Techniques are simple and easily defined for quick implementation. Well written as a true account of author's design knowledge, experience and cultural expertise. A "must" for those seeking to create balance and harmony in the home and ultimately in their lives.

Highly Unique & Recommended - I have not run across any thing of this "nature" in the book market!

This decorating guide and planner integrates interesting ancient philosophy with easy self-decorating techniques to create a sanctuary in your home that's in balance with nature. I now can say I love coming home to the feel of a wonderful "spa retreat" with soft flickering candles, a trickling waterfall, a rock garden and comfy floor cushions for meditation, the smell of nature oils and soothing colors that truly exude a feeling of tranquility. My friends have commented how "at peace and serene" they feel in my home. I now have a place that revitalize and regenerates me (and my guests) in preparation for the world outside my sacred realm. Thank you for sharing the benefits of this ancient wisdom in the designing of my home!

A highly innovative approach to interior design!

This is a brilliant guide that offers enlightening principles of ancient philosophy to creating a home that is attuned to our natural surroundings. A much needed approach to interior design in the awakening that we must be in oneness with nature to live life in full harmony and balance - even in the way we design our homes. It was fun designing around nature elements and choosing colors and furnishings that create relaxation. My home now feels like a "spa" for the soul! If you're looking for holistically creative ways to design a sanctuary in your home for inner renewal of mind, body and spirit -this is a must read and... must do!
