I am pleased to see this fine classic book in this beautiful new format, expanded with new chapters, more resources, and more illustrations. DOVER Books are always a treat and this one is exceptional! It is also an honor! It is marvelous that NATIVE HARVESTS continues to live on with enthusiasm orienting more new generations of wild foods enthusiasts to American Indian food wisdoms. I love my new copy of this book! The photographs are amazing, expecially the wild mushrooms! How enlightening! I've learned so much more about the healing properties of abundant wild mushrooms in this book!!! The 'Maitake' is my favorite!
