After following the 7-day liver cleanse diet I feel great -- more energy, better sleep, and my stomach is definitely flatter! Until I read this book, I had no idea how common or dangerous fatty liver disease can be -- it was eye opening.  Very good book about detoxifying your liver and how you can reverse fatty liver naturally.

 After following the advice in this book and completing the 7-day program I have to say that I feel great. I’ve been sleeping better, waking up refreshed instead of groggy, and don’t need my afternoon caffeine fix to get through the day. This book is packed with practical information about liver health including what to eat, what to avoid, and the best supplements to take to support liver health. Very glad I picked up this book.

Jumpstart Your Liver to Ultimate Health!! There are so many things about our bodies we don’t know. We always seem to hear about heart health but our liver is just as vital as our heart. But not much information is out there in order to help our liver function properly. I personally learned so much from this great resource. It is so informatively detailed without being overwhelming. It is like reading a medical book for the average person and Grady does it well. I never realized that the liver is the largest internal organ and all its functions. I was totally surprised to learn what can overload your liver such as medicines, caffeine, sugar and processed foods. But equally amazed at what that overload can lead to such as poor sleep, headaches, sinus problems and heartburn. Excellent is the detailed info on the foods to avoid and foods that will support your liver function. I loved the chapter on what herbs and supplements to incorporate into your lifestyle. But the liver flush is amazing! Grady teaches us to use simple and easy-to-find ingredients and in seven days you can jumpstart your liver to function properly again with even some other surprise benefits. The great thing is you won’t feel like you are starving to death while detoxing! Overall I couldn’t get enough of this excellent resource that belongs in everyone’s home that if followed will clear the way to ultimate health of your liver!!

If you are at all concerned about your liver health then you should get this book. It's really helped me as far as foods and natural supplements to support and detoxify the liver. The step-by-step liver cleanse instructions made it really easy to follow.
