    A book that every merchant and MLS must read.

    Never has a anyone covered merchant level credit card acceptance in such easy to read format. This book will make eliminate the stress involved with every merchant when they receive their monthly statement from their merchant service provider. It is also a great learning tool for every salesperson searching to sign merchants. It will save both sides of the sales process from making many costly mistakes. Bill, thank you from the industry.

    A Must Read for Business Owners & Payment Professionals alike

    I purchased the book and read it cover to cover in two days. As a payments professional, this is a must read as it provides clear insight into the dangers of the industry. Bill uses his extensive experience to show that it is still possible for an ethically sound individual to succeed in a highly competitive industry. New to the industry? YOU MUST READ THIS, and avoid working with a processor who practices dishonest or illegal tactics. Provides key insight to all aspects of the industry that will certainly add value to even the most seasoned professional. Keep up the good work!

    A Must Read for anyone who processes Credit Cards!

    This is a enlightening and comprehensive book regarding the world of credit card processing. If you think you know all about it, I imagine this detailed book will bring many new issues to light. It is a valuable tool for those who process credit cards, and offers a plethora of information for the customer as well. As someone in business, Bill's book opened my eyes to many facts pertaining to credit card processing.
    I highly encourage you to pick up a copy and read it! You will not be disappointed.
