The strategies and content in each chapter helped me to focus in understanding what the question is asking as well as being able to eliminate the answer choices by applying the strategies learned in each chapter. The question level appeared to be in the higher level such as application and analysis which helped with critical thinking. There are short tests at the end of each chapter, a comprehensive test at the end of the book, and a cd-rom with an additional practice test. This book is highly recommended!
Only study guide you need! Highlights how the questions are written and how to take the test. Very clear and easy to read. Not overwhelming with useless information.
The review book offers a comprehensive assortment of a multitude of questions assorted by category, directly related to what is to be expected on the NCLEX-RN exam. Highly recommended to any nursing student pursuing a Bachelors in nursing, due to the complexity of the questions and the content included. As a plus, the book has been modified to correspond to the allotment of questions expected to be covered on the NCLEX 2013 exam.
