    The History of an Outcast

The first hint of difference should have been my name. Or rather the meaning of it. The meanings of typical Ranssk names aee simple one word meanings. Sometimes you will find someone that has a two word meaning. I never met anyone with a two word meaning, everyone had one word meanings like my mother. Her name was Leasver meaning cloud. I, unlike all the People, had a name with a much longer meaning. My name was Minanssk, meaning victor of the stars. Of course that didnt make it appaernt that I was different. That came five rotations after my birth to the day. My first power, as some would call them, is the one I use most frequently. I was home alone that day because the adults of he clan had been called to a meeting. I was on the upper level of my familes house when it happend. What caused me do it I have forgotton but I knwo that I was sitting on the roof and suddenly was inside. I had teleported. At first I didnt know it was wrong, that it made me different, but somehow I must have known because I kept it hidden after my first attempt almost killed me. The rest of my powers develpoed rapidly after that day. I had no idea how to control them and they became hard to hide. Things would happen at random times like one night when I woke up holding a ball of blue fire. But that one moment in the middle of a Tradtions class that ruined my life. It was something that had just began to appear, my abillity to shapeshift. I wasnt lstening to the lesson becse I had become disstracted my a magma lizzard climbing the wall. Then the room errupted into chaos.
