Because the laws differ so much state to state and the bureaucracy differs from district to district - the information in this book should be seen as a generalization. HOWEVER, it is extremely helpful in giving you a step by step approach in what to do if you think you're child should be classified or be receiving modifications. Hopefully there is a more updated edition that has come out since this one.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
