Besides the first few pages summarizing HOW you do the Scarsdale Diet (which you can find miltiple places online), the rest of the book is recipes obviously copied somewhere off the internet, with very poor formatting and MOST of them would not qualify as Scarsdale acceptable. Not to mention no way to skip to different chapters or easily locate any information. Wish I could get a refund!
