Glenn S. Phillips is the founder and president of Forte' Incorporated (forteonline.com), where he works with client businesses of all sizes to provide assessments of hidden risks, guidance on planning, design and development.

He periodically plays his really ugly tuba (complete with a bullet hole in the bell), enjoys a good pun, and is a big fan of dark chocolate. He participates in entrepreneurial activities, including those through his own ventures, the Birmingham Angel Network and the Birmingham Venture Club.

Glenn has been quoted in a variety of media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, ABC News Now, Psychology Today, Entrepreneur, AOL, MSN, ComputerWorld.com, and Fortune Small Business.

He and Forte' have been internationally recognized for excellence in communication, marketing and technical innovation through awards and case studies, including those from Harvard University, Auburn University, Dell, and Microsoft. Glenn is a graduate of the Auburn University Samuel Ginn College of Engineering, which he serves as an industrial advisor. A native of Bear Creek, Alabama, Glenn is married to Doris Phillips, an entrepreneur in her own right. They reside in Birmingham, Alabama.
