About the Author

Dr. Yabuki graduated from the University of Kanazawa in 1964 and completed his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in 1969 at the university's Cancer Research Institute. He joined the university's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology the same year. In 1974, he secured a position at the Medical University of Kanazawa and became an associate professor in 1976. From 1976 to 2003, he served as the Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ishikawa Prefectural Central Hospital.

In 1996, Dr. Yabuki published an article in Gynecologic Oncology, titled "A new proposal for radical hysterectomy" (Vol. 62, pp. 370-378). He has nine peer-reviewed international publications on uterine cervical cancer and has delivered both oral and poster presentations at numerous meetings, including international and domestic symposia. Currently, he is affiliated with the Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Medical University of Kanazawa, and the International School of Surgical Anatomy in Italy.
