- I didn't notice the publish date of 1989 when I bought it, so many of the tips are outdated. Still worth listening to.
There are some good hints in book...particularly the Sarnoff Squeeze and regarding preparation. Only two things interrupted my enjoyment of the book: Ms. Sarnoff established her authority on the subject in the first chapter, but then feels the need to continue to re-establish her authority throughout by name dropping to the end; there are also some references in the presentation section that stereotype men & women that I found inappropriate.
