Huge disappointment, don't waste your money. Preordered book expecting to receive a high quality, hardbound book; received unreadable junk. Not hardbound, a cheap paperbound volume. Text and photos are muddled and faded. Text was unreadable on some pages. Is this someone's tortured idea of 'clever publishing'? Ordered onlin and returned to local store.
