After doing some research on what diet cookbook to buy on my nook I finally decided on this one. Im so happy I bought this book, it has almost everything I was looking for. It gives you a grocery list, some pictures throughout the book and best of all the recipes are easy to make! The recipes are light enough for a woman and good enough for a man. I highly recommend this book. The only complaint i have is on my nook some of the tables dont appear correctly. But there arent very many in the book.

This book is fantastic. I love all the authors book. It is nicely illustrated and i love the diet and fpod you get to eat too. Yum. They had a small recipe book before this one too but i don t know if they still have it. Try the tips, tricks and this food plan. You will not regret it. In combination with the strength training exercises, you can t loose.

I purchased this book to use on mobile devices and my work PC for planning meals. Apparently there is not even the tiniest of print to inform the buyer that the book can not be read in its entirety on the Nook for Web....you are limited to the first 17 sample pages. It would have been convenient to print the recipes as I needed them. I spent 2 hours on the phone troubleshooting this to be informed of the limitation in online reading.
