I love this book. Along with the multitude of recipes, the book also breaks down spirits of all kinds by origins, geography, and custom. That alone makes this a good read. I thought as an Irish-American that I knew a thing or two about drinking. This book educated me. Knowing the backstory to whiskies, rums, tequilas, vodkas, and all the fixins has instilled confidence in the amateur home bartender in me. Enjoy!
