Comprehensive and easy to read and understand, Birth or Rebirth covers many of the similarities and differences between Hinduism and Christianity through fictional dialogue. I'd recommend this book to anyone who wants to better understand Hinduism, or those who have friends who are searching for truth, or believe that all religions point to the same God.

I bought this book hoping I'd learn a lot about the difference between Jesus and Krishna in a good, non-biased manner. Instead, this book reads like a schizophrenic author going back and forth between biased ideas. The author uses very few references and put his own thoughts, ideas and views down. It's like he's saying "This is what Jesus would say if I were him." There's no questioning what the author believes and he makes sure the conversation is biased toward his beliefs. The author also inserts phrases I'm sure he thinks are funny, but that are so out of place it's laughable. He introduces his Blackberry to Krishna and tries to explain it to him. This book would have been so much better had he presented beliefs in a non-biased way, backed up by more references and in a non-conversational way. If Krishna is who he claims to be, I'm pretty sure he'd know what a Blackberry is.
