Praise for THE NEW ASTROLOGY:

"[I]t's written with a light, humorous touch that should attract the browser as well as the serious devotee."—Booklist

"The New Astrology is really good, clean, informative fun, and White's adept prose is lucid, candid and crackling with humor." —Times, El Paso, Texas

Library Journal
White ( The New Astrology , 1986, St. Martin's) explains in her latest book the ancient art of Chinese astrology while at the same time sharing some of her varied life experiences as a model and seller of fireworks. While her previous book combined Western and Chinese astrology, gaining her a reputation as an astrologer, this one provides a basis for understanding astrology in terms of Chinese animal signs based on character descriptions, with some signs based on the author's own life. White's combination of the traditional and the personal makes the book enjoyable reading and gives insight into the development, characteristics, future, and compatibilities of the Chinese signs. This will be an informative book for popular library collections.-- L. Kriz, Sioux City P.L., Ia.

    A reviewer

Very interesting from front to back. Very accurate personality traits on almost all of the signs ... So accurate, it's scarey. Highly recommend this book. A great conversation piece among friends. People are always curious about Chinese astrology. A great one to have in your collection.
