better-than-Betty-Crocker More than 1 year ago
I was very dissapointed in this book. The recipes are far from what I expected. Canned goods. Frozen potatoes. Frozen dinner rolls. I was looking to learn more actual cooking techniques and recipes than that of a Betty Crocker cookbook.I would not recommend this book to anyone. It was listed as one of 2009's best selling books for dutch ovens. I wish someone would have written a review so I wouldn't have spent any money on it.
