I followed this diet and lost nearly 30 lbs! I saw results quickly and never felt hungry. One thing that really was nice about the diet is that my family could eat the same meals right along with me.

I did the Hilton Head diet in 1999 after the birth of my 3rd child. I lost 12lbs in six weeks. My childcare provider recommended it after her daughter did it and also loss weight. I don't consider it a diet, but a healthy way of eating and it works! My friend and I walk every morning at 5:30 a.m. and now I am recommending it to her. My babysitter told me the book has been around for a long time. I got a copy from the library and now I will purchase my own.
