    Disappointed

    I wish the summary on the B&N website would tell us where the book was published. This is an English book and foreign cookbooks can be difficult to use. The English idea of a cake is what we call a fruitcake, and we don't decorate fruitcakes. Their words for certain ingredients are different from ours and can be hard to find. I wasn't impressed with the projects in this book, either, so you would be better off with an American book that you can understand.
