    This book is outstanding -it's informative without being over your head. It covers all aspects -symptoms, medicines and treatments, both natural & medical, exercise & your relationships that may be affected by your illness. Most importantly, it cover the entire subject of fibromyalgia in a positive way. It encourages maintaining a good attitude and not getting wrapped up in ourselves and the issues we deal with fighting with this frustrating disease. A+
