Really, all that's missing are selections from the Chemical Brothers and the Prodigy, but it says a lot that this collection is so damned entertaining that they're not missed at all. This is a really fun party album, filled with great singles -- let's face it, any collection that has "Groove is in the Heart," "Cantaloop," "Back to Life (However Do You Want Me)," "Connected," "C'mon N' Ride It (The Train)," "Pump up the Volume," "What's on Your Mind (Pure Energy)," "The Power," and "Missing" on one disc isn't just a terrific listen, it pretty much defines what mainstream dance music was all about in the '90s.
