This new edition—a companion volume to her latest TV series—preserves the major revisions and additions that Mollie made in 1992, accented with new recipes from Mollie’s current repertoire and 16 pages of beautiful full-color food photography. I Also Recommend:

So simple, so smooth- I'm becoming an expert without any effort!

This book is not only a"cook book"- is like a frend inviting you to share the evening, the plesure, the precious simple things of every day creating. As a person with English as a second language I enjoy this book even as a "teacher", who show me not only that everything in life is related but also how cozy and artistic "the kitchen place" in this country can be.
    Thank you, Mollie!

    My Cookbook Bible

I have been using this cookbook since my mom gave me the original Moosewood, years and years ago. It is a reference that I return to weekly, when looking for a new soup or entree to make. The vegetarian chili, stuffed butternut squash and gazpacho remain favorites. I love this cookbook and highly recommend it. I am about to give it as a gift as well.

    Try the Brownies!

One of the best vegeterian/vegan cookbooks around. The handwritten type and little pictures, give this book a wonderful personal touch. You feel you are really making something that isn't just a formulated recipe.

    One of my favorites

This has to be one of my favorite cookbooks. Not only are the recipes easy to follow but the additional information she gives is very helpful (especially since I am not a very accomplished cook).
